DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

FastSaveVideo respects the rights of copyright holders. We do not host, store or archive any video or audio files. Media is fetched from the original platform at the moment of a request and streamed directly to the person who asked for it.

Because we host nothing

There is no file on our servers for us to remove. If content should not be publicly available, the fastest and most effective route is to report it to the platform that hosts it (for example YouTube, Instagram or Facebook), which will remove it at the source.

Submitting a notice

If you believe our service facilitates infringement of your work, send a written notice to support@fastsavevideo.com including:

  1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) concerned.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf, under penalty of perjury.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

Valid notices are reviewed within 5 business days. Where technically possible we will block the reported URL or domain pattern from being processed by our tool.

Counter-notice

If you believe a URL was blocked in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details and an explanation to the address above.

Repeat infringement

We may permanently block IP addresses or URL patterns that are the subject of repeated valid notices.
