This policy explains what information FastSaveVideo processes when you use the site. In short: we do not require an account, and we do not keep the links you paste or the files you download.

Information we process

• Video links you paste. A link is sent to our server only to look up the available download options. It is held in a short-lived technical cache (up to 10 minutes) to speed up repeat lookups, then deleted.
• Technical request data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and abuse prevention.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, e-mail address and message you provide, so we can reply.

What we never do

• We never store the videos or audio files you download. Media is streamed straight through to your device.
• We never ask for a password, payment details or social media login.
• We never sell or rent personal data.

Cookies

FastSaveVideo does not set tracking cookies of its own. If advertising is enabled through Google AdSense or other advertising partners, those services may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements. Depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements, you may be asked to provide consent before certain advertising cookies are used. You can also manage certain Google advertising preferences through Google's ad settings.

Third parties

When you request a download, our server contacts the platform that hosts the video (for example YouTube or Instagram) to retrieve it. Those platforms have their own privacy policies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Data retention

Technical caches expire within minutes. Rate-limiting counters reset hourly. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider according to their standard retention period. Contact-form e-mails are kept until the enquiry is resolved.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you and request its deletion. Write to support@fastsavevideo.com.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
